Director of Residential Programs
Member of the Hospital’s senior Mental Health Management Group; shared overall responsibility for the management of the Behavioral Health Division and directed the operation of the Hospital’s long term Behavioral Health programs, including administrative responsibility for the Wasie Residence, a model special residential facility for mentally ill adults, and Children’s Residential Treatment Center, serving the psychiatric needs of children, adolescents, and their families.

Supervised the daily implementation and delivery of Social Services throughout the Medical Center, including hiring, training, and supervision of professional staff; consulting to medical staff on pediatric mental health; providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy in the Child Guidance Clinic; teaching in Continuing and Community Education Departments.
